What do yoga and writing have in common? Both the yoga mat and the blank page offer a mirror and invite us to turn inwards. Through a combination of writing exercises, yoga and group process this workshop offers tools for increased self awareness and connection to your intuition, resilience and courage. You’ll be invited to explore your body as a source of innate wisdom, writing from your instincts, releasing patterns of resistance, and embracing your authentic voice. No prior writing or yoga experience required.
Kelly Price is an artist and graduate of Emily Carr University. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator and Haven guest faculty.

Students should bring: A notebook, a medium sized bath towel, a favourite blanket, a yoga mat, if they have one, and a water bottle. Please wear clean, loose fitting clothing layered for warmth. No strong scents or perfume.
