Join jeweller Cheryl Jacobs and learn to create spinner rings. A combination of rings designed in a way that outer rings spin on the inner ring that encircles the finger. They are very fun to make and each student will design something unique. Texture, patina and soldering will be taught, as well as how to size a ring.

Cheryl Jacobs is a jeweller of 32 years, and has taught at North Island College metal jewellery program, MISSA in Sooke, and will be teaching at the Red Deer Series this year.

Students should bring: Protective eyewear, close-up glasses, and an apron.

Please note: Workshop registration is limited to 6 people. The workshop will be held outdoor and seating will be spaced 6 feet apart. COVID protocols in effect. A CapShield – a reusable plastic face shield with clips that attach to any hat – will be provided to you free of charge.
