In this fun, physical workshop you will learn the secrets to safely and effectively create the illusion of violence for theatre. Choreography of staged violence emphasizes the need for physical control, planning, cooperation and care for your scene partner. It’s a dance. By the end of the workshop, you and your scene partner(s) will be able to choreograph and perform a simple, safe fight.

Mark Huisman has been a professional actor, choreographing and performing fights and physical comedy on stage and camera since 1986.
