Creative Empowerment through Visual Journaling
Wednesday, Mar 31 | 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Would you like to have a more playful approach to your own creativity? Do you want to feel lighter and livelier in your life?
In this workshop/playshop, I will guide you in the experience of mixed media art journaling, using specific techniques, writing prompts and free form play!
Through specific exercises you will loosen up and flex your inherently abundant creative muscles.
I’ll share with you creative truths, tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way of my 2 decades plus of daily creating. No experience required! All are welcome.
